Golf Handicap App — Terms of purchase

Seller. IT Reidarsson AB, Sweden (the operator of golfcourseregistry.com). Contact: reply to your receipt email.

Product. Golf Handicap App is a web application (progressive web app) delivered as a personal install link. The link is your license for personal, non-commercial use on the devices you own. You may not resell or publish the link.

Payment. One-time payment processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD; tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. You receive the install link on the confirmation page and by email.

What the app is and is not. The app performs the published arithmetic of the World Handicap System for your own records. It does not issue an official Handicap Index and is not affiliated with the USGA or R&A. Results depend on the ratings and scores you enter.

Data. Your rounds are stored on your device only. We store your email address and Stripe's order reference to deliver and support the purchase, nothing else. No analytics run inside the app.

Support and availability. The app is served from golfcourseregistry.com; after installation it runs offline. We aim to keep the install link working for as long as the site operates and to notify buyers by email of any material change.

Right of withdrawal and refunds. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days for any reason, using the deactivate-and-refund link in your receipt or by emailing us. Deactivating the app is how the withdrawal is carried out; the refund is full and automatic. See the refund policy. Swedish law applies.
